RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), Stats and Parameter for networks.
Prepares, submits and justifies network optimization reports.
Creates drive test routes, post-processes and analyzes results based on active and passive data.
Post processes drive data and recommends optimization techniques necessary actions for optimal site/cluster performance.
Ensures the required RF Drive Test cases and RF data provided by Drive Test Engineer that is reliable and error free.
Responsible in coordination of all scheduled and non-scheduled drive test with Drive Test Engineer.
Supports and spearheads in carrying out optimization procedures as discussed with RF Engineering Team.
Attends to issues encountered by field team and assists them in providing solutions.
Understand the data collection expectations, deliverables and time constraints.
Assures that EHS procedures are followed prior to deployment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering. Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
