RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), Stats and Parameter for networks.
• Prepares, submits and justifies network optimization reports.
• Creates drive test routes, post-processes and analyzes results based on active and passive data.
• Post processes drive data and recommends optimization techniques necessary actions for optimal site/cluster performance.
• Ensures the required RF Drive Test cases and RF data provided by Drive Test Engineer that is reliable and error free.
• Responsible in coordination of all scheduled and non-scheduled drive test with Drive Test Engineer.
• Supports and spearheads in carrying out optimization procedures as discussed with RF Engineering Team.
• Attends to issues encountered by field team and assists them in providing solutions.
• Understand the data collection expectations, deliverables and time constraints.
• Assures that EHS procedures are followed prior to deployment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering. Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
